About The Position

This position is for a Commercial HVAC/R Technician. The role requires a skilled individual with at least 4-6 years of experience in Commercial HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. A significant part of the role involves working with complex electrical systems, such as three-phase wiring, generators, and lighting, within various commercial buildings like offices, retail spaces, and factories. The position is primarily remote but may require travel to client locations for training, meetings, and other in-person events. Responsibilities include performing work in compliance with established processes and practices, adhering to environmental, health, safety, security, and fire protection requirements. Flexibility for overtime and some travel is necessary. Physical requirements include the ability to climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs, lift up to 75 lbs, and maneuver in confined spaces. An EPA Certification is required, and the willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Candidates will be subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks.

Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of HVAC experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial HVAC systems.
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting) in commercial buildings.
  • EPA Certification required.
  • Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Some travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair Commercial HVAC systems.
  • Work with complex electrical systems, including three-phase wiring, generators, and lighting in commercial buildings.
  • Perform work in accordance with established processes and practices that comply with internal and external requirements including environmental, health, safety, security, and fire protection.
  • Travel to client locations for training, meetings, and other in-person events as needed.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Maneuver in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
