About The Position

Redblue is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering innovative HVAC and mechanical solutions that create value. As a Project Sales Representative, you will work directly with commercial property owners, facility managers, property management companies, contractors, and industrial clients to develop project opportunities ranging from equipment replacements and system upgrades to energy efficiency improvements and capital improvement projects. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC, mechanical, construction, or industrial sales experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and replacement projects.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and project specifications is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial HVAC project opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Grow and manage an existing customer portfolio while building lasting relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend cost-effective HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and facility assessments to develop project scopes.
  • Prepare professional proposals, estimates, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with service technicians, project managers, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Follow up consistently on proposals and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts while maintaining company profitability goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasting.
  • Stay current on industry trends, equipment technologies, and energy-saving solutions.
  • Represent Redblue professionally throughout every customer interaction.
