Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC, mechanical, or commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of: Commercial HVAC systems, Piping and ductwork, Controls systems, Construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing: Schedules, Subcontractors, Field execution
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of OSHA safety practices

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Design-build project experience
• Experience with healthcare, industrial, mission-critical, or large commercial projects
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling software

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical projects through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and jobsite logistics
• Lead project meetings with clients, General Contractors, and internal teams
• Keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal
• Keep Projects on Track: Monitor labor productivity and project performance
• Partner with internal teams on billing, change orders, and reporting
• Identify risks before they become problems
• Help protect project budgets and profitability
• Solve Problems in Real Time: Review drawings, specifications, submittments, and RFIs
• Coordinate equipment procurement and installation sequencing
• Support field teams in overcoming jobsite challenges
• Remove roadblocks that impact productivity
• Build Strong Relationships: Communicate proactively with clients, engineers, and GCs
• Provide clear project updates and schedule changes
• Create trust through accountability and follow-through
