Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Commercial or residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and jobsite environments
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience with commercial new construction projects
• Knowledge of sheet metal installation
• Brazing and refrigeration experience
• OSHA certification
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

• Install commercial HVAC systems for new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and mechanical plans
• Install ductwork, equipment, piping, hangers, and related components
• Assist with system startups and jobsite coordination
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Work closely with foremen, project managers, and other trades on-site
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
