Requirements

Experience installing commercial HVAC systems.
Ability to lead projects and work independently.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings.
Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of commercial HVAC systems safely and efficiently.
Install a variety of HVAC equipment, including: Mini-split systems, Split systems, Packaged units, Packaged rooftop units (RTUs).
Read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local codes.
Work closely with project managers, technicians, and customers.
Assist with commercial new construction projects between installation jobs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Mentor and support team members while promoting a positive work environment.
