About The Position

Frank Gay Commercial Services is seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Installation Team to help deliver great service to our clients in the Central Florida Area! This role involves installing commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, demonstrating a full understanding of refrigeration principles, and working on various HVAC systems including rooftop units, large split systems, chill water, and cooling towers. The position also requires working with both high and low voltage HVAC electrical and controls, maintaining strong customer service, and attending periodic manufacturer training classes. Availability for on-call duty and participation in safety training are also essential.

Requirements

Install HVAC/R: 5 years (Required)
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.
Universal EPA License

Nice To Haves

BAS, DDC controls experience a plus

Responsibilities

Install commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
Demonstrate a full understanding of the principles of refrigeration.
Install rooftop units, large 30-ton split systems, chill water, and cooling towers.
Work on HVAC electrical and controls both high voltage and low voltage.
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
Maintain strong customer service and thorough communication with customers.
Attending periodic manufacturer training classes.
Be available for on-call duty.
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
