RLP Mechanical is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Equipment Installers to join their growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Requirements

4+ years of commercial HVAC equipment installation experience required
Hands-on experience installing RTUs, split systems, and chillers
Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC blueprints and plans
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
Comfortable working on rooftops and in various commercial job-site environments
Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the greater DFW area

Nice To Haves

Refrigeration installation and/or equipment startup experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Install commercial HVAC equipment for new construction and retrofit projects
Install and connect RTUs, split systems, chillers, and other commercial HVAC equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and equipment installation instructions
Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning as needed
Perform HVAC piping, connections, and related installation work
Assist with ductwork installation and other mechanical work as needed
Safely handle and transport equipment, materials, and tools
Work safely on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and in mechanical rooms or other confined areas
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work effectively with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other trades
