About The Position
BGIS Integrated Technical Services (ITS) is hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer Technician to support clients throughout Louisville and surrounding communities within a 50‑mile radius. This role offers steady commercial work, top-tier pay, and a company that invests in its technicians. As a Commercial HVAC Installer Technician, you’ll work on retail, industrial, and commercial facilities across the Louisville metro area.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of commercial HVAC experience
- EPA Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- HVAC apprenticeship or technical school training
- Journeyman or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Install commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping
- Diagnose and resolve installation or system performance issues
- Complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service
- Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Accurately complete work orders using company-issued devices
