About The Position

Vitality Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to accurately price and scope commercial projects. This role involves a 50/50 mix of new construction (plan and spec) and commercial service projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient with numbers, and capable of representing the company effectively with clients. Requirements

Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Estimator with a solid history in both construction and service bidding
Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan for estimating
Solid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
Blueprint reading skills
Ability to calculate non-union labor and material costs
Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and maintain organization
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Preparing accurate estimates for a 50/50 mix of new construction (mostly plan and spec) and commercial service projects
Performing detailed takeoffs, design-build estimations, and service repair quotes
Pricing out preventative maintenance agreements, equipment retrofits, and comprehensive replacements
Working with the leadership team and field techs on complex jobs to ensure company targets are met
Running all estimates and proposals through ServiceTitan for organization and tracking
Communicating scopes and pricing clearly to clients, often serving as the primary point of contact
