The Commercial Head of GTM will own and grow the non-defense business, focusing on industrial and energy customers. This role involves defining commercial strategy, building sales pipelines, closing large enterprise contracts, and establishing a team to scale the business. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, including structuring complex deals, managing long evaluation cycles, and collaborating across sales, deployment, engineering, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in diverse settings, from plant floors to executive boardrooms, and adept at managing multi-stakeholder relationships.
