Ace Handyman Services – Columbus is hiring a commercial multi-skilled Craftsman to join our growing team. This role focuses on our commercial projects — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently. This is not new construction — our work focuses on repairs, maintenance, and small remodeling jobs across multiple trades.
Requirements
- Well-rounded, commercial multi-trade experience (not just one specialty)
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
- Organized, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, punctual, and efficient
- Take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship
- Enjoy variety — no two days are the same
- Comfortable interacting with homeowners and commercial clients
- Want to grow with a company, not just punch a clock
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of commercial repairs
- Handle punch lists, troubleshooting, and on-site problem solving
- Perform work such as: Carpentry and trim work, Drywall repair and patching, Basic plumbing and electrical fixes, Tile and fixture installation, Door and hardware adjustments
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Identify additional work opportunities and build customer trust
