About The Position

The General Laborer supports daily site operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment within an active operating facility. This role is critical to ensuring safety compliance and supporting ongoing construction activities.

Requirements

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in an active operating facility
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and required site clearances
• Steel toe boots required (employee must provide)

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0–2 years of general labor or construction experience preferred
• Will consider candidates with relevant transferable skills or willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Perform general site cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, debris removal)
• Maintain housekeeping standards across all work areas
• Assist with water management and basic site upkeep
• Support crews with general labor tasks as needed
• Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized at all times
• Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
