Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience managing consultative or solution-based sales cycles
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new commercial business opportunities
  • Build relationships with business owners, C-suite executives, facilities leaders, healthcare administrators, architects, designers, and real estate professionals
  • Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through project completion
  • Conduct client needs assessments and present customized workplace solutions
  • Collaborate with internal design, project management, and implementation teams
  • Generate referrals through networking, industry associations, and community involvement
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and accurately manage CRM activity
  • Expand existing client relationships and identify additional growth opportunities
