As an Furniture Installer, you will play a vital role in unpacking, installing, and assembling various types of furniture for both residential and commercial clients. You will work in centrally located commercial office buildings around the Twin Cities, ensuring a convenient commute and comfortable indoor work environment.
Requirements

- Ability to be on your feet for the entire shift.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Able to push and pull weights of up to 200 lbs.
- Familiarity with small hand tools is required.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites.
- Employees are responsible, as a condition of hire and continued employment, for following all prescribed safety rules and procedures to prevent workplace injuries.
- All employees are expected to cooperate in every aspect of the company’s safety program and follow safe work practices.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in office furniture installation is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Unpack, install, and rearrange commercial furniture to exceed customer expectations.
- Follow detailed blueprints and installation techniques with accuracy.
- Prioritize safety by handling equipment responsibly and keeping your workspace clean and organized.
- Be an active participant in our safety program, helping create a secure environment for everyone.
- Take ownership of your tasks and seek opportunities for cross-training, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster strong relationships with both coworkers and customers, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
