About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring a full-time, year-round Commercial Frontload Driver in Miami, Florida. The driver operates a garbage truck on a specified route and provides customers with safe, efficient, and courteous service. The position involves regular heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the truck. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed, for approximately 50–60 hours per week. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL for at least one year.
• Have at least two years of stable work history, with the most recent position as a CDL driver.
• Have fewer than two incidents or moving violations on the MVR in the last five years.
• Be able to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Be able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates are preferred; fluency in both languages is not required.
• Previous front-load experience is preferred.
• Veterans are encouraged to apply.
