Requirements

• Carpet tile installation
• VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile)
• LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile)
• Glue-down carpet
• Vinyl plank flooring
• Sheet vinyl installation
• Skim coating
• Self-leveling underlayment
• Cove base installation
• OSHA 40 certification
• 2 years’ experience installing commercial flooring

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in commercial flooring installation
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or floor plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to various job sites

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of commercial flooring materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements
• Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision
• Prepare subfloors, including cleaning, leveling, and moisture mitigation as needed
• Perform surface preparation such as skim coating and self-leveling
• Install and finish cove base and transitions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and team members
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines
