About The Position
Jack Laurie Group is hiring dependable, hardworking Commercial Flooring Installers for its Fort Wayne team. This hands-on role involves installing commercial flooring on projects throughout Northeast Indiana, including healthcare facilities, schools, senior living communities, office buildings, and other commercial environments. Candidates may have experience with carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, VCT, rubber flooring, or other commercial flooring products. Requirements
- Flooring installation experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move flooring materials.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves
- Experience with carpet tile, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, VCT, rubber flooring, or cove base.
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of commercial flooring products.
- Read and follow project specifications and installation requirements.
- Prepare surfaces and job sites for installation.
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Work safely and professionally on active jobsites.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and customers.
