This role is accountable for the timely delivery of quality flooring products and installation services for assigned clients. The ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented individual with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and self-discipline to support the commercial sales team. Effective communication and the ability to work well with diverse personalities are essential. Critical skills include the ability to read builder specifications, multi-task, maintain accuracy during data entry, data management, mathematical computation, and analysis.
