Commercial Flooring Installer
About The Position
TES Staffing is working with a growing flooring company and we’re looking for reliable, skilled flooring installers to join their team. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on flooring experience and want steady work, predictable hours, and real benefits , this is a great opportunity. Why Work With TES? Requirements
- At least 1 year of flooring installation experience
- Comfortable installing multiple flooring types
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, kneeling, standing, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Installing a variety of flooring materials, including: Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) / vinyl Hardwood Laminate Tile Carpet Commercial flooring
- Working on commercial projects
- Loading materials and traveling to job sites with the crew
- Completing installs with attention to quality, safety, and timelines
