Requirements

Prior experience in commercial floor care or janitorial services preferred
Familiarity with hard floor maintenance techniques including strip, seal, and finish applications
Ability to operate heavy floor care equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and scrubbing of hard surface floors
Operate commercial floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors
Provide carpet cleaning services including hot water extraction and spot treatment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, supplies, and work areas
Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and solutions
Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors regarding job status and site conditions
Complete work orders and service logs accurately and on time
