About The Position

The Commercial Fleet Sales Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day support to the Fleet Managers and Fleet Director in a variety of administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: setting up deals, printing deal jackets, preparing paperwork, creating title applications, and providing general sales support to the fleet team. This position may also assist with moving vehicles and fueling vehicles, so a clean driving record is required. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Candidates should have strong computer/typing skills and have experience using our current systems, including Cox Automotive software --- VinSolutions & Dealertrack. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook is required.

Requirements

  • Clean driving record required
  • Previous experience in automotive administration or a dealership support role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support multiple people

  • Proficiency with dealership management systems software
