About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented candidate to support our Commercial Vehicle Sales and Fleet operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our commercial inventory is properly maintained, organized, and delivery ready. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling larger vehicles, thrives in a hands-on environment, and takes pride in accuracy and presentation. Some of the benefits we offer: Competitive pay starting at $17.00+ an hour DOE Competitive Paid Time Off and Paid Personal Leave Career path development opportunities Discounts on parts, service and vehicle purchases for you and your immediate family Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Life insurance 401(k) plan w/ Fidelity Accident and Illness supplemental plans Key Responsibilities: Deliver commercial vehicles to businesses, upfitters, and sign shops under the direction of the Inventory Manager and Commercial Sales staff Safely operate and maneuver larger commercial trucks, including in confined spaces Prepare vehicles for delivery and display, including fueling, detailing, and final quality checks Photograph upfitted inventory and upload images to inventory systems and online listings Coordinate vehicle preparation for professional photography and merchandising Organize, stage, and maintain commercial inventory for optimal presentation and accessibility Apply and maintain accurate pricing tags, addendums, and vehicle labeling Manage lot operations, including moving vehicles, maintaining battery charge, and ensuring fuel readiness Conduct routine inventory audits (weekly and monthly), ensuring accuracy of photos, pricing, and vehicle condition Support operational needs such as courtesy deliveries, document retrieval, and DMV runs Assist the Lot Manager and Inventory Team with vehicle organization, reporting, and overall lot flow Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day Frequent entering/exiting vehicles and working in outdoor environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary Join Kendall Auto Group and START SOMETHING GREAT! Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability and confidence in operating larger commercial vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems and photo uploads
  • Some weekend or flexible availability may be required
