Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with multiple departments

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management systems
Experience in a veterinary, medical, or pharmaceutical environment
Analytical thinking and ability to identify trends in usage or purchasing
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced hospital setting

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items
Rotate stock and ensure treatment areas remain fully supplied
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate stock levels
Collaborate with team members to forecast inventory needs and support supply ordering
Assist in preparing reports on inventory status and help improve inventory strategies
Support inventory storage organization and help resolve inventory-related issues
