About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is expanding its Commercial Fleet Sales Department and is seeking an experienced Commercial Automotive Fleet Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals experienced in commercial vehicle sales, government contracts, or fleet ordering who enjoy building long-term business relationships. The position offers an opportunity to grow with a leading automotive organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales/ordering experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Commercial, fleet, or government sales ordering experience preferred
• GM, Chrysler, or multi-line experience a plus
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with vehicle specifications and aftermarket equipment

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with commercial, fleet, and government customers
• Identify customer vehicle and equipment needs
• Prepare competitive quotes using contract pricing
• Manage vehicle specifications, ordering, and tracking
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and aftermarket equipment
• Maintain manufacturer and commercial product knowledge
• Grow fleet sales through exceptional customer service
