About The Position

The Commercial Finance and Pricing Director, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, Americas, will play a pivotal role in the pricing of new/existing financial opportunities, while managing the financial health of the existing client base across the WPP Production NA portfolio. Requirements

  • 10+ years of Agency experience required.
  • Must have experience in developing cross functional relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
  • Forecasting experience.
  • Experience in aligning different perspectives and inputs to generate concise cost proposals and outputs.
  • Direct client negotiation experience.
  • Experience in development of MSA's and familiarity with legal terms.
  • At least 3 years in people management.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in generating pricing that incorporates AI tools/software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the new business commercial process, including implementing strategic, competitive pricing methodologies.
  • Manage pricing strategy for existing clients, balancing revenue and profit results with long term potential.
  • Manage the financial health of the portfolio, analyzing revenue risks/opportunities and profitability.
  • Manage the collection and presentation of data for client required reporting.
  • Play an integral part in MSA/SOW/Contract review, ensuring mutually-beneficial terms.
  • Managing client communications, including with brand marketing managers and procurement.
  • Assisting in the preparation of rate cards.
  • Monitoring new business pipeline activity, to help drive financial strategy and forecasting analyses.
