About The Position

RAW Nutrition is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to serve as key support to both finance and commercial teams, delivering core reporting and daily finance management. This is a critical role as the business continues to scale rapidly while delivering its bottom-line commitments.

Requirements

3+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within CPG, food & beverage, retail, or consumer brands.
Commercial finance background with ability to drive decisions using data.
Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with ERP/BI tools (NetSuite, Power BI, Confido, etc.).
Proven ability to work across functions as well as up and down the organization.
Good business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
Analytical with good strategic thinking.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and sense of urgency.
Collaborative, low-ego style with a business-partner mindset.

Responsibilities

Core Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Assistance with maintenance of the weekly sales file (rolling forward, checking comps are pulling correctly, etc.), Ownership of core report building (weekly sales, mix, month end P&Ls) & validation of NetSuite information versus expectations, Month End close support (GL coding, monitor fulfilled/unfulfilled for revenue recognition, reporting back to sales, etc.), Conversion of channel P&Ls monthly into customer P&Ls, Support in rolling monthly forecasting & budget building.
Trade Promotions Management: Assistance on trade promotion management tool and analysis, Partner closely with Sales & Trade Marketing to evaluate promotions, customer programs, trade spend efficiency, and ROI on brand investments., Support scenario modeling for new product launches, pricing adjustments, retailer negotiations, promotional plans, and any other DSD programs.
Data Management and Development: Consolidate Shopify / WM/SC / NetSuite data into one source for ease in pulling YTD reporting detail, Assist in validation of Power BI vs. our financial reporting as we continue to build out capabilities.
