About The Position

The Commercial Finance Analyst will be the analytical and transactional backbone of the new Commercial Finance function. This role supports pricing, forecasting, revenue analysis, creator economics, and the accuracy of commercial data across HubSpot and Waves. It is a hands-on role working daily with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Operations, and Finance teams. 3 best things about the job True Cross-Functional Business Support: This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where you will work daily across the Influencer ecosystem, partnering directly with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Operations, and Finance. Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have: Built strong working relationships with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, and Finance, establishing yourself as the trusted first point of contact for commercial queries and pricing calculations. Familiarized yourself with revenue tracking and recognition, actively supporting the team by maintaining internal records and reporting. Formulated a system that allows you to identify data and computing errors, while maintaining the highest level of data integrity.

Requirements

  • 1-2 yrs of commercial finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or agency finance experience.
  • Strong modeling/Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data hygiene discipline.
  • Highly curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and maintenance of pricing tools, rates, calculators, and templates.
  • Build cost and margin models for upcoming campaigns, including creator fees, production costs, media spend allocations, and delivery effort.
  • Provide Commercial teams with timely pricing options based on benchmarks and financial targets.
  • Leverage HubSpot to track win/loss trends and pricing efficiencies over time.
  • Maintain underlying forecast models (pipeline conversion, booked revenue, delivery schedules).
  • Analyze how campaigns are trending vs. planned revenue and margin.
  • Track revenue recognition status by campaign and flag inconsistencies or missing data.
  • Support weekly trading meetings with up-to-date numbers and insights.
  • Ensure HubSpot fields, Waves project data, creator info, and contract data are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Review opportunity-to-project hand-offs and ensure data completeness (scope, rates, creators, timelines, contract status).
  • Own day-to-day data hygiene checks, identifying errors, gaps, or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in testing and maintaining the HubSpot ↔ Waves integration.
  • Support Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams with cost benchmarking, budget allocations, project revenue and COS reforecasting, and revenue delivery tracking.
  • With the Commercial Finance Manager, help non-finance teams understand pricing logic, margin expectations, and commercial toolkits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for commercial queries, escalating to Commercial Finance Manager, Group Financial Controller and CFO where needed.
  • Produce recurring reports: Pipeline vs. forecast, Campaign profitability, Client & pod-level P&Ls.
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and data anomalies.
  • Build visual dashboards (Looker Studio, HubSpot dashboards, Sheets/Excel).
  • Work closely with Finance teams on revenue recognition data completeness, contract and PO audits, invoicing accuracy (amounts, milestones, frequencies), and campaign reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Identify misalignments between Waves, HubSpot, and financial systems.
