About The Position
Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking a Commercial Fence Scheduler to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. This is an administrative position that will schedule jobs for our Commercial department.
Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana.
- All candidates must have a valid driver's license.
- All candidates must be able to commute to the office daily.
Responsibilities
- Maintain commercial fence schedule spreadsheet.
- Contact customers to coordinate installation timing.
- Track and respond to incoming scheduling requests.
- Coordination between sales and installation regarding schedules.
- Track project schedule and progress across multiple projects.
- Utilizing Salesforce for all aspects of project
