Penn Fencing, Inc., a leading fence contractor in Pennsylvania with over 50 years of experience serving various clients, is seeking a motivated Commercial Fence Estimator / Outside Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone with estimating experience in commercial construction or an experienced construction sales professional looking for a new opportunity.

Requirements

Experience in commercial estimating, construction sales, or project management preferred.
Fence industry experience is preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications is preferred.
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout our service area.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Develop new commercial business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Meet with contractors, municipalities, schools, property managers, developers, and business owners.
Visit job sites to gather measurements and project requirements.
Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
Follow projects from bid through contract award.
Build long-term relationships with customers and industry partners.
Work closely with project managers and operations to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
