About The Position

The Tyvek® Roll Goods division is seeking a Commercial Excellence & Marketing Operations Lead to translate marketing strategy into disciplined go-to-market execution and measurable business impact. This role connects Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Commercial Excellence to strengthen demand generation, lead management, competitive intelligence, and commercial program deployment across regions. This is an individual contributor leadership role where the candidate will lead through influence, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. The opportunity exists to shape scalable commercial operating practices that improve pipeline generation, increase commercial effectiveness, and make market insights easier to act on globally. The preferred location is Wilmington, DE, with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). Remote work may be considered for qualified candidates. Travel is approximately 10%.

Requirements

5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, Demand Generation, Strategic Marketing, or Program Management.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing or business
Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic priorities into sales plays and scalable growth programs.

Establish and manage a competitive intelligence and market insights framework for Tyvek® Roll Goods.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.
Improve marketing effectiveness through standardized processes, governance, and best practices.
Promote knowledge sharing and scalable ways of working across regions.
Use data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
