This role is responsible for building the cost basis and budget for every new park MCS opens, from the first conceptual number through a buyout-ready budget. The work involves commercial interior tenant improvement (TI) builds in leased retail space, with fast schedules, real budgets, and hard opening dates. The estimator will own the numbers for the whole build, help set up the estimating function and cost models as MCS scales, and use historical data to improve estimates over time. It is an office role based in Denver with minimal travel.
