Provides fence estimates for commercial customers, including material take-offs, quantities, and specifications. Meets with customers to build relationships, negotiate, and close sales. Assists with walk-in and phone sales of commercial fencing products. Proactively reaches out to potential customers through visits, calls, and emails to drive sales. This includes identifying bid opportunities beyond incoming requests and actively pursuing new business and service lines. Engages in business development efforts to secure new work opportunities, including expanding services for current customers and acquiring new clients. Recommends and implements strategies to support growth in fence and related product sales. Attends home shows, conventions, and sales events as needed. Works with the Director of Finance and Branch Manager to review reports such as call backs, backlog, and estimated vs. actual, while developing sales forecasts, tracking leads, and managing the sales pipeline. Partners with the Director of Finance to support accounts receivable collection for fence sales. Completes additional duties as assigned.
