This is a field based position in Allentown, PA. We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Commercial Energy Auditor! In this role, you’ll be an on-site representative for small business and commercial customers, installing energy-efficient equipment, conducting energy audits, and verifying installations. You will support Account Managers in promoting energy efficiency retrofits and provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions. Requirements

  • 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Energy efficiency experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform energy audits for small, less complex commercial buildings.
  • Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues per client specifications.
  • Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers
  • Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
