Commercial Electrical Project Manager - Northern Virginia
About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Commercial Electrical Project Manager for full-time W2 work in the Northern Virginia / Purcellville, VA area. This role manages commercial electrical construction projects from estimating handoff and preconstruction through active production, billing, change management, and closeout. The project manager reviews contracts, drawings, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, buyouts, invoices, labor hours, equipment needs, and project budgets. This person works closely with foremen, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, and internal leadership to keep projects safe, organized, and on schedule.
Requirements
- At least three years of commercial electrical construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager role.
- Strong plan/spec review skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Procore.
- Proficiency in project management software.
