Commercial Electrical Project Manager
About The Position
Rinvio is hiring a Commercial Electrical Project Manager for project-based electrical leadership and field coordination work in the Leesburg, Virginia area. This is a full-time contract role with a pay range of $60-$65/hour, based on experience. The schedule and overtime may vary by project needs. The role requires a Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings, specs, schedules, and project documents. Strong communication, organization, field leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality installation expectations. Candidates must have reliable transportation to the Leesburg/Northern Virginia regional project area and be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete site onboarding requirements.
Requirements
- Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate commercial electrical project activity with field crews and site leadership
- Review drawings, schedules, one-lines, specs, change information, and project documentation
- Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, safety, quality, and daily/weekly priorities
- Track project progress, resolve field issues, and communicate professionally with stakeholders
- Support code-compliant installation standards, punch lists, closeout items, and documentation
- Balance hands-on electrical knowledge with project management, coordination, and follow-through
