About The Position

We're working with a well-established commercial drywall contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows commercial drywall, understands the field, and can take ownership of projects from start to finish. The company is looking for someone who can step in, contribute immediately, and become a long-term part of the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial drywall Project Management experience
• Strong background in drywall and metal stud framing
• Experience working for a union commercial drywall contractor
• Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and/or Quick Bid
• Strong understanding of commercial construction plans and specifications
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, field teams, vendors, and subcontractors
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, change orders, and job costs
• Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittments, and project documentation
• Work closely with field teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and project partners
• Support estimating and preconstruction when needed
