About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a full-time Commercial Driver to provide safe, timely delivery of automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. No Commercial Driver’s License is required. The role combines delivery operations, customer service, payment processing, returns and pickups, and basic vehicle maintenance. Drivers work with store personnel and commercial accounts to support efficient operations and positive customer relationships. A flexible schedule is required, including availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Availability for a full-time flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear, professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to support teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
