About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a full-time Commercial Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role focuses on safe, timely, and accurate deliveries, customer service, and coordination with store teams and commercial accounts. A CDL is not required.

The driver loads and unloads parts, collects returns and cores, processes customer payments, follows fleet safety and PPE policies, and maintains the delivery vehicle. The position requires basic automotive-parts knowledge, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift and deliver merchandise, and schedule flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Must have full-time schedule flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide clear and professional automotive advice, and offer installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to support collaboration and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and make safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report any issues.
