About The Position

The Commercial Draw Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the monitoring and risk management of commercial and residential construction loans and draw requests. The primary function of this role is to support the Commercial Draw Managers in reviewing post-closing construction draw requests, as well as facilitating pre-close document collection and third-party cost/documentation reviews. The Commercial Draw Analyst will be responsible for collecting and reviewing pre-close due diligence documentation and post-close construction draw request documentation. This includes ordering and reviewing professional reports such as title endorsements, inspection reports, and certificates of insurance, as well as various administrative tasks as needed. The Commercial Draw Analyst will also be expected to enter draw requests into the departments’ draw processing software for final review by the Commercial Draw Managers.

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant experience.
Advanced computer skills.
Highly proficient with MS Excel.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume role, handling many varied tasks for multiple projects and colleagues in a given day.
Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate with, collaborate with, and support several different stakeholders, including Colleagues, borrowers/clients, lending and credit teams, contractors, inspectors, title companies, etc.

Nice To Haves

Experience with a financial institution, Title Company, real estate developer, and/or with a general contractor is a plus.
Experience in commercial construction loan underwriting/funding/disbursement experience is a plus.
Experience with construction funding software program(s) a plus.
Understanding of basic construction processes and risks is a plus.

Responsibilities
