The Facility Services division is seeking a Commercial Development Manager to drive business growth in the United States, primarily based in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial for expanding ACCIONA's operations in the U.S. market and requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual with solid experience in the facility services industry. The manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within facility services, janitorial, maintenance, or integrated service solutions.
Track record in developing new markets, preferably within the U.S.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented.
Willing to travel domestically as required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of U.S. service contract regulations or RFP processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the facility services business in the U.S.
Identify and approach new B2B opportunities, focusing on mid-to-large size companies.
Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure successful service delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
Implement assigned parts of the project within their unit/department, adhering to procedures, meeting deadlines, and coordinating resources.
Identify internal and external strategic problems affecting organizational growth and profitability.
Identify growth opportunities, innovate the business model, and promote cross-cutting initiatives.
Track medium-term/long-term market trends and gather competitor data for strategic commercial planning.
Identify and develop models for optimal income, distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies.
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, including financial agreements, client exchanges, and intellectual property rights.
Prioritize and track investments in new product development initiatives.
Support decision-making through comprehensive data analysis.
