About The Position

The Commercial Credit Analyst analyzes commercial loan requests by reviewing financial statements, tax returns, cash flow projections, credit reports, and other supporting documentation. The role works toward goals established in the assigned department’s annual operating plan, coordinates work within the department and with other departments, follows the operating policies and procedures for credit analysis, communicates with appropriate personnel, responds to inquiries and information requests, and maintains appropriate records and assigned reports.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Credit Analyst or related experience.
• Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
• Moderate interpersonal relations and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Thorough knowledge of current lending and loan review regulations, and banking regulations, procedures, and operations.
• Proficient ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Visual and auditory skills.

Nice To Haves

• A BS or BA degree in a related field of study is preferred.
• Specialized financial analysis training.
