Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Credit Solutions SMB or to the AVP, Large Business & Syndications, the Commercial Credit Adjudicator II is a senior individual contributor within ACU’s adjudication function and serves as technical authority on complex to moderately complex credit decisions. The role provides independent adjudication and expert decision making for moderate to high-risk, structurally complex commercial, agricultural, and syndicated exposures. Through the application of delegated authority and advanced professional judgment, the incumbent is responsible for structuring, approving and defending credit decisions that directly influence the portfolio quality and risk outcomes, and aligns with ACU’s risk appetite, while ensuring compliance with policy, regulatory, and audit requirements. As a recognized enterprise authority on credit structuring, covenant design, and credit risk mitigation, the role shapes and impacts adjudication quality and consistency across Commercial Credit Solutions. The incumbent leads through influence by guiding colleagues, strengthening credit practices, and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Finance and Credit Solutions to achieve sound, risk-informed decisions.
