Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, partner, vendor, and data privacy contracts.
• Work closely with sales, procurement, product, compliance, and finance teams to structure agreements that align with company risk tolerance while enabling efficient deal execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional business teams, addressing legal and commercial questions as they arise and serving as a primary escalation point for contract-related matters.
• Advise on data privacy and security obligations within commercial transactions, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to strengthening the company’s legal infrastructure by developing templates, refining policies, and delivering training that promotes consistency and operational efficiency.
• Support dispute resolution efforts and monitor regulatory developments, translating them into practical guidance for the business.
