  • Strong sense of deal ownership and client-focused attitude in supporting a rapidly growing sales team
  • Experience negotiating complex agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, marketing agreements and partnership agreements, with sophisticated counterparties.
  • Excellent judgment and an interest in building processes to enable the company to grow, while balancing risk and opportunity in a fast moving environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the broader business context.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, partnership agreements and vendor contracts
  • Advise internal teams on contract structure, commercial terms, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy
  • Partner with sales, finance, product, security, and leadership on large transactions and customer-facing legal issues

  • Support escalations on high-impact deals and help drive resolution on difficult contractual issues
  • Spot trends in negotiation friction and recommend improvements to process, positioning, and standard terms
  • Provide business-focused legal advice that enables thoughtful decision-making across the company
  • Conduct training for internal business partners
