About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Commercial Counsel to provide legal support and guidance across multiple functions of the company, including senior management. This role will encompass broad legal responsibilities related to commercial matters, including the drafting and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), sponsorship and partnership agreements, marketing, media and affiliate agreements, product and technology agreements, and other commercial contracts. The Commercial Counsel will collaborate closely with various business teams, including technology and product, social/free to play games, marketing, finance, and operations.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from a top US law school
Admission and in good standing to one or more US state bars
A minimum of 3-5 years legal experience with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
General familiarity with intellectual property concepts
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick deadlines and multiple demands
Law firm experience at a reputable firm and in-house experience in a startup or large organization
Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry

Nice To Haves

Experience in digital online gaming and/or sports betting (experience working on marketing transactions a plus)
