About The Position

The Commercial Coordinator supports ARxIUM’s commercial operations by coordinating proposal activities, tracking opportunities, and ensuring alignment across internal teams. This role plays a key part in supporting sales processes from opportunity identification through proposal submission and implementation handoff.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems or proposal coordination is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track RFPs, RFQs, and bid opportunities across relevant platforms
  • Maintain opportunity logs, timelines, and submission deadlines
  • Coordinate proposal development, including gathering inputs and preparing submission documents
  • Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
  • Maintain CRM records, trackers, and commercial documentation
  • Support preparation of internal reports, deal summaries, and pipeline updates
  • Coordinate communication across Sales, Client Solutions, Finance, Engineering, and Operations
  • Support process improvements, templates, and workflow consistency
