About The Position
A large and leading Title Insurance company is searching for a talented and experienced Commercial Coordinator to join their dynamic team by way of New York City. The perfect candidate will bring with them a background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, along with a solid understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions, as well as familiarity with title bills and title policies.
Requirements
- Background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions.
- Familiarity with title bills and title policies.
- Extensive experience with New York and/or national commercial transactions.
- Firm understanding of compliance and settlement including disbursements and funding.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in running commercial files.
- Real Estate Paralegals with Commercial experience and strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply.
