About The Position

A large and leading Title Insurance company is searching for a talented and experienced Commercial Coordinator to join their dynamic team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions. Familiarity with title bills and title policies is essential. The role requires extensive experience with New York and/or national commercial transactions, a firm understanding of compliance and settlement, including disbursements and funding. This position involves direct client contact and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing commercial files. Real Estate Paralegals with Commercial experience and a strong knowledge of Title Insurance are encouraged to apply. All inquiries are confidential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in running commercial files
  • Background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions
