About The Position

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join their team. K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945, specializing in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in various institutions. This is a full-time position with multiple locations across Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry
• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
