About The Position
K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians (Hot side) with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join their team. The company has been servicing the Pennsylvania area since 1945, specializing in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment for various institutions. This is a full-time position with multiple locations across Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
- Driving record must align with safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Completion of a successful background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
- Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines.
- Work on an on-call schedule.
